What is Recycle Saskatchewan?

Recycle Saskatchewan is a group of organizations working with government and other stakeholders to support and enhance effective product stewardship and extended producer responsibility (EPR) in Saskatchewan.   

What is product stewardship?

A product-centered approach to environmental protection. Everyone involved in the product lifecycle shares responsibility for reducing its environmental impact.  

What is extended producer responsibility (EPR)?

An approach to product stewardship. Producers are required to assume financial and operational responsibility (full or partial) for the post-consumer management of a product.
